Name Spelling and Terminology: Verifying correct spelling of names and consistent terminology.
Linking and SEO Optimization: Enhancing content with relevant internal and external links to improve search engine visibility.
Image Selection and Optimization: Choosing appropriate, high-quality images that align with the content.
Author Communication: Collaborating with content authors to clarify misunderstandings and maintain content integrity.

Content Submission Process

To ensure efficient content submission and review, UDAO has established the following guidelines:

Preparation of Content
- All UOD departments and units wishing to submit content must prepare their material as a Google Document on the UOD Google Workspace.
- Documents must be stored in the DOPR SHARED DRIVE.
Content Submission

Audit and Feedback
- UDAO will review the submitted content for integrity, language quality, and technical compliance.
- The team will collaborate with authors to resolve any inconsistencies or required improvements.
Approval and Publication
- Once verified and optimized, content will be published on the UOD website.
